Encephalomyocarditis (EMC) Virus Recovered From Two Cotton Rats and a Raccoon

Encephalomyocarditis in wild mammals is rarely reported. This paper documents the isolation of the encephalomyocarditis (EMC) virus in two cotton rats (Sigmodon hispidus) and a racoon (Procyon lotor) from central Florida.
